Scott is a Partner at the firm and Head of our Cheltenham Office. A qualified Solicitor, he specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing, as well as company and acquisitions law. With over 10 years of experience in the property sector, Scott handles a broad range of transactions for clients nationwide. Since joining Langley Wellington in 2011, he has established himself as a trusted, pragmatic adviser, known for delivering effective solutions in complex and challenging cases.

Scott also serves as the firm’s Senior Responsible Officer under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, overseeing the development and implementation of the firm’s conveyancing policies and standards.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Scott was the first member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“CILEx”) to be granted Conveyancing Practice Rights (Reserved Instrument Activities) by CILEx in February 2015.
