Samairah joined Langley Wellington in 2023, specialising in Education Law. Samairah graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2010, then going on to complete her postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course, graduating in 2011.

Samairah has 12 years experience working in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury, including managing a team of paralegals dealing with motor and non-motor claims.

Now joining the Education Law department of Langley Wellington LLP Solicitors, Samairah will be advising parents of children with special educational needs on how to obtain the support and provision needed by the child in school to address their difficulties. This will include making a request to the Local Authority for an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessment, explaining the EHC Needs Assessment process and challenging decisions made by Local Authority through the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
