Richard Payne is a Senior Associate and has been with Langley Wellington since 1977 and is part of our Private Client team who advise on a range of legal matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

He has over 40 years’ legal practice experience with extensive knowledge of this area of law. His specialisms include Probate, Wills and Trusts.

Richard has been involved in this area throughout his working life in Gloucester and has provided sound and down-to-earth advice to help thousands of local people.

Richard has also completed several professional development courses in probate and estate administration.
