Education Law - Solicitor
Imelda Brennan joined Langley Wellington in January 2004 and was appointed as head of our Education Law department in 2009. Imelda acts for parents and young adults in relation to the EHC needs assessment process, appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal, appeals to the Upper Tier Tribunal on points of law and Judicial Review Proceedings against Local Authorities.
Imelda qualified as a Solicitor in November 1990 having undertaken her training contract with a London West End firm. She moved to the Cotswolds in 1991 and has specialised in Education Law ever since.
