Nicole is a Solicitor & Partner, within our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department, having completed her Training Contract with us in August 2019. Before joining our firm in July 2017, Nicole undertook her university education at Aberystwyth University and Cardiff University and worked in Trust and Estate Administration for two years prior to joining Langley Wellington.
Nicole has gained experience in a wide range of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. Her specialisms include advising on Wills, Estate Administration and matters relating to Estate Administration and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also assists clients with Deputyship Orders and Declarations of Trust. In June 2023, Nicole gained the STEP Accreditation and became a full member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners.
In January 2025, Nicole was promoted to Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate and in April 2026, Nicole was promoted to Partner.
