After weeks of fundraising, training and preparation, the Langley Wellington team has completed the 10K Warrior Run in support of MOGAD research and awareness, raising £2,500 for The MOG Project so far.

While the recent heatwave meant there was considerably less mud than many expected, the challenge itself was no less rewarding. Every member of the team gave it their all, tackling the obstacles together and crossing the finish line, all in aid of raising awareness and vital funds for a cause that means a great deal to the firm.
Since taking part in MOGAD Awareness Month back in April, the team has continued to support the charity through a range of fundraising initiatives, including a bake sale that raised more than £200.
The 10k Warrior Run was the latest of these efforts, bringing everyone together to take on a new challenge while continuing to raise vital funds and awareness for an important cause.
A Charity Close to Our Hearts
The support for MOGAD is incredibly important to our firm.
MOGAD (Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease) is a rare autoimmune neurological condition that can have a significant impact on those living with it and their families. Supporting greater awareness and funding research into the condition has been a key focus for the firm throughout the campaign.
Andrew Moston, Partner and Head of Residential Property at Langley Wellington, said:
“Seeing everyone come together for this challenge has been fantastic. The conditions may have been hotter than expected and there wasn’t quite as much mud as we had prepared for, but every member of the team gave everything they had. To have raised more than £2,000 so far for such an important cause, and one that has such personal significance to my family, is something the whole team should be incredibly proud of. I would like to thank everyone who has donated, encouraged us, and helped raise awareness of MOGAD over the past few weeks. Every donation, message of support and share has helped make a real difference, and everyone at Langley Wellington is incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity we have received throughout the campaign.”

Thank You for Your Support
We want to thank everyone who has donated, attended our fundraising events and shared our campaign over the past few weeks. Every donation helps support MOGAD research and increases awareness of a condition that remains relatively unknown despite the impact it has on those affected.
Although the event has now been completed, and the team has exceeded its original fundraising target, we would love to keep the momentum going. Every additional donation helps The MOG Project continue its work supporting families affected by MOGAD, raising awareness of this rare condition and funding vital research into future treatment.
If you would like to support the campaign, doing so is simple, secure, and quick through our JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/langleywellington
If you are unable to donate, there are still other ways to get involved and show your support:
- Visit the MOG Project website to learn more about MOGAD and the work being done to support patients and families.
- Share information about our fundraiser with your own friends, family, and networks
- Donate to organisations working in this space to fund ongoing research and support.
Every share, every conversation, and every fundraising act makes a difference. Thank you, as always, for taking the time to read this and for supporting our team.
