Jim is a residential conveyancing specialist with over 40 years’ experience in property law. He qualified as a Solicitor over 30 years ago, having completed his studies at the College of Law in Guildford and then Chester.

Jim joined Langley Wellington LLP in 2020 and works in our dedicated property department, the Cotswold Conveyancing Centre.

He is a highly experienced property solicitor who advises on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing matters. His specialisms include dealing with shared ownership properties and affordable housing schemes. He also has substantial experience and in-depth knowledge in acting for developers buying land for development and the subsequent sales of those new homes when built.
