Cyber Security Policy

Cyber Security Policy:

Cybercrime is unfortunately prevalent in today’s world and we take all reasonable steps to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee that our emails have not been intercepted or corrupted in transit from us to you (or vice versa). If you have any concerns at all, or wish to double-check the content of any email, then please use our official contact details, published by the Law Society of England & Wales, and speak to a Partner at our Head Office to verify – especially for all messages relating to financial matters and the transmission of funds between us. We cannot accept any liability for intercepted communications, or for any loss that you incur as a result of any such unlawful interception.

The contents of an attachment to any e-mail may contain software viruses, which could damage your own computer system. While Langley Wellington LLP has taken every reasonable precaution to minimise this risk, we cannot accept liability for any damage, which you sustain as a result of software viruses. You should carry out your own virus checks before opening the attachment.
