Susan James has worked in legal practice since 1981, and in a senior capacity since 1988. She has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 1994 and joined Langley Wellington in 2005 as Head of the Probate Department.
She specialises in private client work including wills, estate planning, trusts, administration of estates, powers of attorney, deputyship, land law and conveyancing. She is a Trust and Estate Practitioner, a qualification given to the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
Having worked in general practice for over 30 years Susan has a breadth of experience which enables her to give in depth advice on all aspects of private client work.
